📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused and in its original packaging

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


 

📦 Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.


 

🚚 Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
